Enjoy a seasonal breakfast that’ll give your metabolism a boost – and actually keep you full until lunch – with this tasty (and totally Instagrammable) smoothie bowl.
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt, non-diary if desired
- ½ cup frozen mango cubes
- 2 tblspoon nut butter
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Splash of non-diary milk
- 50g Barley+ Pink Lady & Macadamia muesli (for toppings)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (for toppings)
- Coconut flakes (for toppings)
- Blend banana, yoghurt, mango, nut butter, turmeric and chia, adding more milk if needed to get the blender going. You’ll want the smoothie to be really thick so it will hold the toppings
- Top with Barley+ Pink Lady & Macadamia muesli, coconut flakes and chia seeds and serve!
